ADDITIONAL CANCELLATION POLICY :

  • Nill Refund for Bookings cancelled during Black out Period (15th April to 15th June, Diwali Period , and 24th Dec to 2nd Jan 2017)

  • Nil Refund For Bookings During Long Weekends/ Public Holidays

  • In case of full refund , The refund process is completed with 7 working Days and is subject to a Processing Fee of Rs 500 Per Room   

 CHECK IN / OUT :

  • A cash Refundable deposit of INR 1000 per Tent Booking is required upon check-in for incidentals in addition to full payment of room. Kindly be informed that Check In will be denied in case of non payment of cash deposit. In case of Group Bookings, The cash refundable deposit will be INR 2000 per Tent.

  • Please contact Front Office on 9820388370 for check in once at the Resort

  • Check in time 2 Pm . Check Out 12 Noon

  • Check in time Ends at 7 pm, Please contact the Front Office team  for check after 7 Pm failing to which the Reservation shall be released

  • Early Check in or late check out beyond 1 Hour will be charged subject to Availability

  • All Guest are requested to present a proper photo and address proof

FURTHER INFORMATION

  •  The hotel reserves the right to evict any additional occupants in the room.

  •  No gatherings and parties of any nature are allowed without   prior permission.

  •  No prepared food from sources other than the Resorts in-room dining services is permitted in the Resort Premises

  •  Sherbaug Resort's  unfortunately does not accept pets within the hotel.

  • Restaurant bills have to be cleared immediately and will not be carried forward until check out or adjusted against the ​security ​deposit.
